What’s Next?!

 

So the year is about to end… It makes me wonder what’s up for me and my loved ones next year? What do I want to do? I guess I’ll just make a run down of what I can think of … in no particular order, here they are

• I want to take up photog classe (pls sana matuloy na)
• Have the house construction completed (Excited na ko magdecorate and tumira dun)
• Devote more time for baby (try to lessen social activities on weekends)
• Minimize my cc spending :)

Yun na lang muna… I’ll update pag me maisip pa ako. hehe

my christmas wish list came a bit late this year coz i’m so contented and happy with all the wonderful things God, family and friends has blessed me with. it’s just some friends really do love me and would want to give me more. how can i simply ignore their love?! so to make it easier for them.. :D

Kian Hears Mass

Now that our little boy has been baptized we’re more than open to the idea that it is safer for him to travel and so off we went and took him out.

We first heard mass at a nearby village. Kian was pretty behaved and sometimes coos when the priest is saying something. He might have thought he was talking to him.

Kian Brent’s Christening

Kian Brent was baptized last Saturday at Ermita Catholic Church.
We were joined by families and close friends. Reception followed
at Max's in Intramuros. Thank you all for coming.

Special thanks to officemates and relatives for covering the event

When home isn’t as safe

I have to let this one out. … Nanakaw laptop ko! SSSSHHHHETTT!   With it my 4GB Scandisk Card and Targus laptop dock & fan. Wahh. It’s too depressing. I would want sana to take pictures nun sinira nilang screen window to show you kya lng hindi ko carry. Tingin namin sa bubong ng kapitbahay sila dumaan coz nobody really noticed na me ibang tao sa bakuran and mga lunch or early afternoon yun. As in broad daylight! That’s the only time kasi na walang tao sa room. Good thing though through the window lng sila kumuha ng gamit and they didn’t get in the house.

Ayan now I’m sure I made somebody’s christmas really merry. I just hope kahit na mahirap na talaga ang buhay people wouldn’t resort on such acts para lng magkapera. Sana maisip nila whatever we have pinagtatrabahuan natin un at nakuha sa magandang paraan. O well.. they might be too drugged to think of that.

So guys. Keep your homes safe specially this holiday season.

The Perks

I’ll be giving birth in 4 weeks time and despite the fact that it is really difficult to go through pregnancy, there are perks that I’ll surely miss…

• I can walk as slowly as I want and people behind me can’t complain
• Most likely, I can get an MRT seat no matter how full the car is (except lng pag me nagpapanggap na tulog!)
• There’s an excuse to buy new clothes
• I can crave and eat really yummy food (bawal kc magutom c baby)
• I can sleep for longer hours and snooze during meetings (hahaha! abuso!)
• I can schedule a mani and pedi service weekly (kc hirap na abutin ng toes db?!.. hahaha.. nagdadahilan pa!)

Wishful Thinking

Sometimes I wish that our office be relocated in Makati. Lately, been becoming difficult to walk from MRT Shaw to One San Miguel. The weather feels like it’s summer everyday making you filthy by the time you get to the office and been gaining weight making my feet sore :(

Told an officemate about this. She wants to have the office relocated some place else. Guess just got to see who between us gets her wish :D

House Interior

Here's the proposed interior for our house. The design has
clean lines, the space is maximized, I love the lightings
and the couch but we think it's not for us. Maybe for young
adults or bachelors.

We've asked the designer to create a new proposal for us.
One that is less difficult to maintain, child-friendly
and homey. One that would suit a starting busy family.

Any design ideas?

Cramps

From nausea to spotting now cramps :(       Pregnancy Blues...

Been waking up in the middle of the night because I can’t move my legs.Even if I try to relax and stretch it the pain won't go away. I usually end up waking Brian up so he can massage my legs
and feet. The pain would die down and I can go back to dreamland.

Guess this is because I've been getting heavy… added weight from too much food intake and baby's growing. The cold weather doesn't help too.

Some articles & blogs I've read recommend to eat bananas which are good for muscle contraction, drink plenty of water and get some exercise. I'll do just that and hopefully I won't be having any leg cramps during my pregnancy.

BOOM BOOM POW

Just recently got the new album of the Black Eyed Peas. The Deluxe version has 2 CDs on it which is really cool. It includes their latest hit Boom Boom Pow and 1 Filipino song – Mare.

Although we're not music experts we can say that the songs here are nothing like those in their previous albums. I think it's more engineered which reflects
the group's aim to welcome the new era in music and mark THE END of the old generation in music - LPs, cassettes, etc.

BEP's a great group. We enjoyed their concert here and hope that they get to do another one soon.
